1. Template License

PetBusinessHub (petbusinesshub.com) templates come with a simple unlimited licence option. You can use it on any number of personal or client websites.

Reselling templates is not allowed and will result in closure of your account and possible lawsuit.

You may not give for free, resell, borrow, rent or anything similar unless stated otherwise, or if you have a written permission from PetBusinessHub (petbusinesshub.com)

Violating any license may force us to close your account forever and ban you from registering new accounts, getting support, access to template updates without a refund.

Certain products may come with lifetime membership license. In this case, lifetime membership means access to PetBusinessHub (petbusinesshub.com) templates as long as the website exists.

2. Warranty

Templates sold and distributed by PetBusinessHub (petbusinesshub.com) are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All templates are tested before publishing with the latest available version of Elementor, Elementor Pro and template relevant WordPress plugins.

We cannot guarantee the compatibility with all other plugins, themes or any other software. We will not be responsible for any kind of data loss or issues that may occur on using our templates.

3. Updates and Support

PetBusinessHub (petbusinesshub.com) sells and distributes Elementor and Elementor Pro templates “as-is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Updates are granted for as long as the subscription remains active. Unpaid or cancelled subscriptions will result in instant access removal.

Updates for PetBusinessHub templates are provided as long as PetBusinessHub is actively in development.

Due to the nature of the PetBusinessHub templates, support is limited to the template files only. All support inquiries should be sent to hello(at)petbusinesshub.com

4. Templates Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. You can download the template(s) by clicking on the appropriate link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through hello(at)petbusinesshub.com to request your purchase information.

5. Ownership

All templates are the property of PetBusinessHub (petbusinesshub.com). Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Our templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our templates.

6. Website & Template Content

All content found on this site and throughout the templates including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is the property of PetBusinessHub and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

7. Price Changes

PetBusinessHub reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a template subscription or pricing without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

8. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:

• You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the templates pack.
• Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the template properly or get the template to perform its basic functions.
• You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
• No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
• Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

By purchasing template(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

9. Email

PetBusinessHub may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our website.

We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to PetBusinessHub updates, promotions and the like if you have opted-in at checkout. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.

10. License Agreement

By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

11. Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
